Why hello thar.

I'm Georgia, I'm 15 & I must lose weight. I am currently at 67kg, & by October this year, I want to have lost 13kg (I've lost 4!). I CAN DO THIS. Have a look at 'about' for more info and send me an ask for a follow :) xx

Anonymous: Where did you download the 30 day shred? I know I could search it but I'm on my phone right now and worried I'll forget it once I get home...

I got mine off pirate bay (hehe naughty) but I’m pretty sure they’re also on youtube :) Or you can buy it off amazon, it’s called the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred :)

I don’t really have a plan sorry but just some general 

Um have you tried the 30 day shred to start you off? Then after that try regular walks or jogs, check your diet to make sure there isn’t anything in it that’s going to stop you from losing weight, use a tracker such as myfitnesspal or something, and do really regular strengthening etc.

Sorry that I’m really not much help right at the moment usually I’d give a much better answer but hope it helps somewhat xx

i cant grasp how someone could be so comfortable with their body that they could show it to another person like seriously i cant even look at my reflection 

this is so me it hurts
